So, usually it runs fine... But sometimes, mostly at the beggining/end of some missions it crashes. Dammit. I beat GLaD already and was so GLaD that i made that... And now... Heck WTF?

Seriously though, it seems like a overclocking or overheating problem. Your system may be hotter now than on your first run because dust has had time to accumulate. I have a factory overclocked video card which sometimes crashes because it has the same type of heatsink they put on non-overclocked cards.
