Desperate for help compiling custom model
So I'm about ready to blow my brains out over this.
I'm trying to make a custom model for CS:GO for the first time but I can't get it to compile properly. All my files are here: https://1drv.ms/f/s!AoLSvBS9qT0f2ngYvUM464Gd0QNI The model was made in blender, I've been using Crowbar to compile. This is my QC Code:

Here's a tip:
Name your collision model MODELNAME_phys NOT MODELNAME_col

Texture is all black. Any advice?

in the .smd file the textures are called warhead_texture your .vmt has to be named that as well
