Exclamation Ok..Bug or what?

I keep an ally with City-State as neighboring. They have a good coal.

Normally Civ5, I would get Coal-bonus from the City-State if i keep ally with them.

BUT... In G&K, i got none! Bug or?

EDIT:
or is this reason i ally the MARITIME city-state = no possible as trade, but they can send as "gifts".

It means i need to do: Ally with MERCANTILE city-state, is possible to trade the coal from them?

Yah it makes sense...

EDIT II:
Now i still got the coal bonus, it looks to need....wait a little in few turns, so they give you the coal bonus.... hmfr...or reason they need to implement for technologie to "Industrialization", so the city-state can access to you as resources. I guess so..

Yah!

It sounds like they had Coal in their territory, but the tile wasn't improved correctly. They probably had built a farm on it, and hadn't changed it to a mine after you got Industrialization.

If that's the case, you can pay your allied City-State 200 Gold to improve a tile for them instantly to get that resource. If you want to be cheap though, they usually get around to improving it before too long.

The City-State already made a mine on the coal, still no access + I can not pay 200 gold. I bet the city-state NEED to access Industrialization first after my empire got Industrialization (It will show coals)..

But my point -> Do your new-allied city-state give you resources immediately or in few turns? I got in few turns...
