Bought the game. Can 't play - Page 2

I just had enough of this problem, it's been same problem EVERY TIME. After loading.. brought me to 'New Profile' screen then ... right there.. frozen! I had to Ctrl+Alt+Del to get out of that mess. How can I fix this problem?

Well.. I guess this game is soooo useless for now!
