Can't start multiplayer.

So yeah, I click host and play, pick my world or a new world and pick my char, but it just says "Starting Multiplayer" forever, what the ♥♥♥♥?

Alt + Tab, is there something in the background popping up blocking 127.0.0.1, or not liking Terraria?
