i have 2 real friends with left 4 dead.
so i play with them custom campaign.

the versus server i play on has mirrored friendly fire. whenever you shoot someone, it does that much damage to yourself, and none to the person you shot. TKers = non existent.

Dunno. I just know that I wasn't fast enough to call the vote. Maybe I was still stuck loading, while he already spawned.
