A Collection of Useful Threads

Hi there

There are a lot of great and usefull threads at these boards. For new and advanced players alike. The problem is that they can not all be stickies for lack of space.

Thus I wanted to gather links to them all in one thread. Hoping to lessen the number of new threads asking about the same stuff over and over.

The long term plan is to have a collection of guides and stategies for playing Co-Op and Versus, while also having the troubleshooting section to try an lessen the number of times a day the same questions about "What are you trying to prove", and the likes, are made into new threads.

I am by no means trying to take credit for any of the hard work done by the original writers. I am just hoping to give everyone an easier time finding usefull information. If by some reason anyone do not want their thread to be linked to, tell me and I will remove it.

I have looked through the first 50-60 pages of these boards at this time. I may have missed some threads while doing this, so if you find a thread you think should be on this list, say so and I will add it.

I apologize for my english. It is not my maiden language. If it is really THAT bad, please feel free to correct me.

perhaps add one about corner camping and versus difficulty

BTW... The last post was over two months ago. There is no way anyone will find that thread. The entire title "Left 4 Dead Forum - Best of" is difficult to search for as most of the words are too short to search for and/or they are used in almost every thread.

I DID find it this time when searching for the entire title.

That thread should have been a sticky for an easier why to find information.

Thanks for tossing my boomer guide and Onions general guide up there, the tank guide is coming soon. That will probably be followed by the hunter guide, then the smoker guide. Hopefully some of these threads will get stickied so we don't have to keep bumping them.

this one is better, that thread is too long and has pretty much any decent thread ever made.
this one is more consise and a much better resource for new players who want a quick guide on how to play.
