WOW This Game!
SUCKS.
Playing the AI is boring and clearly uses the old "AI Hacks" and knows exactly what you have and what to play to counter everything every time. *Yawn* Multiplayer is a complete waste of time. There is no more skill involved than shooting craps. Wish I could have my money back for such a complete piece of ♥♥♥♥♥. |

Single player is terrible, I agree.
Multiplayer no skill though? You must be playing a totally different game than me. Its extremely deep. |

The single player AI actually doesn't use hacks. It can't magically see your cards, this was confirmed by a dev.

On 'very hard' the campaign will eventually become impossible to beat without having the expansions/customized deck. Really lame IMO.

Its quite difficult, but not impossible. I was able to do it and I am a pretty low ranked player. It is probably trivial for the higher ranked players. Just because it was difficult for you does not mean it is lame and impossible.

I found the game to be one of the best buys for its price that I ever bought.
I do enjoy the solo campaign. I think its quite clever to have every duel have its own special rule so each match up invokes a different strategy. Add that your deck evolves as you go. Those keep the game completely fresh as you play through it. I'm not sure what else one needs in solo card game. When I first bought the game, the campiagn was trivial (imo). Something changed somewhere along the line. I used to play it on very hard and hardly lost a duel. Now, most of the campaign I have to reduce to Hard and the last couple duels, I have to reduce to Medium. Something got reprogramed somewhere along the line. Those last couple duels do now seem neigh impossible on very hard. The one where the opponent gets two actions per turn AND he starts with enough death mana to summon a lich and an elemental on turn 1. So, he gets more mana, double actions, and my cards cost extra to play. I'm not really sure how people beat that. By the time I gain board advantage, my life is so low, he just direct damages me. On that note, is there a way for people to "record" a duel? I'd like to see what tricks people are pulling to defeat those last duels on very hard.
