Sorry to bump this thread, but I HAVE 10.6, and it still will not open the .gcf's as drives.

I downloaded everything necessary for the program to run.

Are you implying that anyone who has ever used a sound from any Valve game should be sued into the ground because they (Valve) have copyright over the sound of a firearm or some radio chatter?
