Swap the Booties' and the Persuader's Stats

The Ali Baba's Wee Booties' increased charge control attribute should be swapped with the Persian Persuader's added recharge time attribute. Demoknights using the Booties will be able to enjoy using the many swords other than the Persuader without either constantly having to wait for charge or constantly worrying about being at risk. The Persuader should not have so much synergy with the Booties that it obsolesces all other options.

Suggested changes:
ALI BABA'S WEE BOOTIES
+25 max health on wearer
+100% Increase in charge recharge rate

THE PERSIAN PERSUADER
All ammo collected becomes health
+100% Increase in turn control while charging

Currently, Ali Baba's Wee Booties provides:
  • +25 max health on wearer
  • +100% Increase in turn control while charging
The Booties essentially only add max health in exchange for your precious primary weapon. "Increase in turn control" is a nearly unnoticeable attribute. Not to mention you must still wait 12 seconds- without a gun- to be lethal again. Currently the Booties succeeds in providing the survivability a melee-only build needs, but does not extend demoknight gameplay options further the way one thinks "turn control" would.

Which brings us to the Persian Persuader, which provides:
  • +100% increase in charge recharge rate
  • All ammo collected becomes health
These are the two most useful attributes that can possibly be given a shield user. The ability to heal mid-battle is incredibly useful; it is so useful in fact, that the Half-Zatoichi is also a go-to weapon for Bootie knights (the Zato also gets random crits), and the Persuader is often seen paired with grenade launchers regardless of the ammo to health conversion. This mechanic is powerful enough, and yet the Persuader also provides twice as many charges as any other sword. All swords could benefit from this attribute. Why should the Persuader be the "end-all, be-all" of demoknight swords?

The introduction of the 1001 Demoknights set has somewhat obsolesced previous demoknight options such as the eyelander and the skullcutter (and the targe to a lesser extent). I suggest that the charge rate increased be swapped instead of the ammo to health conversion, as it would still allow for people to Persuade Bootielessly while keeping the Sticky Bootie tank an option. In fact, ammo to health conversion is a good enough attribute that the Persuader doesn't need an extra attribute. The Booties can keep "turn control." Because noone takes you seriously when you demoknight with booties. Unless you use the Persuader (or Zato).

You are a genius! I'd love to be able to charge more with more swords, and it makes sense.

Although it has been suggested before, Valve needs to be reminded of this, as this is really great change, that can bring the other demo weapons back into play, instead of domination of the persian demo, which can also be clearly seen on the medieval map.
