I am on EST and I just bought it. I have a friend on GMT, or whatever British time is, and he said he can't download it or buy it either.

Our theory: it happens to people that Valve doesn't like.

Just paid 560. Didn't have to download from beginning. Started at 97% since I downloaded earlier.

Playing through Cold Stream now.

It took 10% of my life to be able to say that. I am now happy.

Yep. Download has finally been completed. Waiting for friends and then it's off to see what this Campaign is all about.
