Adding new Model to all clips

I clipped up my video into sections, but I need to add a new character into it, but Because its all split up, I cant add him into all of them, it only goes into the clip I selected first when selecting all of them. Must be a way to add him in, surely without re-doing it all again...

Ok, really annoyingly, when I merge my clips together again it's completely messed up my lipsync and I have no idea why, I cant go backwards ARGH!!!

Assuming the models haven't changed position, you could just copy and paste the animation set from one clip to another.
