I thought that the gold icon you got for killing 1000 with each of the classes and not getting all the achievements r:-?

No, War Hero is the gold icon.

who cares? achievements are what companies resort to when the game itself isn't all that interesting.

I dont have it.

I dont have any of the assault or mg grinds, I am missing anything to do with det maps, and sadly, am also missing the multiple headshot one.

I refuse to sit somewhere in a pub trying to get it, so I am just playing normally with the garand/kar, waiting to get headshots in a row - if I get 3/4, I slow down and try for the 5th. So far, it has not worked.
