The 54th skin

I'm wondering: does anyone here managed to unlock all the skins?
I've won all medals, played over 26 hours, unlocked 53 skins but my skin unlock rate is only 98%! I thought maybe I had to reach 999,999 points in Challenge Mode, but I've got yesterday more than a million points on both Classic and Advance, without managing to unlock any new skin! I don't know what to do, since there is no real FAQ for this PC version and I've got no other ideas looking at the unlock requirements of skins in other versions.

I thought the mysterious requirement for the skin is 30 hours of gameplay, but now when I managed to reach that, no sign of the skin.

Looking into the directories, I noticed there are in total 64 (!) skins. Let's calculate: 4 for Time Attack modes, 3 for Mission Mode, 3 for Puzzle Mode. 4+3+3=10. So, as I was correct, there are 54 skins for Skin Edit Mode. No way though to open those .dat files, so I'll probably have to figure it out sometime how to unlock the last skin.

so, any progress regarding the skins? I only have 30 and really need to know how to get all 60.
