Exclamation This game has an activation limit.

If anyone is considering purchasing this game, be aware that there is an activation limitation. You only get 3 activations. There doesn't appear to be any mention of this limit on the Steam product page.

If anyone from Valve happens to read this, can you please update the product page, so that others can make a more informed buying decision. If I had known there was an activation limit, I wouldn't have bought this game.

It's actually three activations on different hardware or OS configs. It's the same activation scheme as Two Worlds. Reinstalling the same version of Windows on the same hardware does not use up an additional activation.

Yes. As long as one doesn't upgrade their computer, they should be fine.

If you contact TopWare they will do that. They will apparently reset the count for you. It's often talked about on their official forums. People get resets for Two Worlds.

I honestly can't believe they thought this game was so good it needed activation to stop people pirating it. Blades of Time isn't a brilliant game, but it's vastly better in every way.
