The dig on Spanish?

Is there any way of having at least the text in spanish?

For the voice, open steam right click the dig, select propeties then click on language and change english to spanish. for subtittles open steam, click on view on top of steam, select propeties, then a window will come up select interface change english to spanish.

There isn't Language option in Properties...
I can't choose any language, the default is English (text and voice).
No solution to remplace any files ?
