Quick question to you guys... (Some spoilers, maybe?)

I'm in the Chest, as Isaac. I have Polyphemus+Brimstone. I can pick up Chocolate milk. Will I completely screw up my run if I do this, or can I just make it better?

If you're fine without it, why risk it?

To me in general brimstone + chocolate milk makes it seem worse in terms of damage.

I thought chocolate milk allowed you to use brimstone without charging it.
I remember using rapid fire brimstone back in vanilla with the combo..

It does, but unfortunately it's p*ss weak if you don't charge it.
