Cs go wait time

Valve should at least do something about the wait time for matchmaking im still waiting and it's been 17 minute and i would probably be at 34 minute if steam didnt disconnect me out of nowhere ..come on 20 minute to play a game be realistic it will fail if the wait time take this much time...

Ridiculous and unacceptable imo. Buddy and I just waited in a queue for 17 mins, restarted steam tried again and waited 10 more before we quit.

I am fine with sitting in a queue to get into a good match, but a 10 min+ queue when you're even lucky to get into a match that lasts that long is pure BS. Sitting in a queue for nearly 20 mins knowing you will be lucky to get a game that lasts until half is beyond BS.

Damn, I usually just wait 2 minutes max. Although, most games end prematurely : Leavers.
They need a day ban for first time offenders with cooldown of a week. After that day ban if they quit again it will be a week with a cooldown of 2 weeks. Something that makes new players or quitters think twice.

I don't think there is anything wrong with the ban times, its just less serious players will play hostage maps.

Making them more likely to leave.

i dont about ban time since i couldnt get a game after 50 minute i just quit...

The wait times are horrible! Like seriosuly.
Half the people just alt tab so they dont ready up in time, I just waited 23 min, to have 8/10 players ready up, then not enough players so I was thrown back into cue.

WTF is this lobby ♥♥♥♥ liek seriosuly. Gabe thinks Win8 is a problem.

THIS lobby system is a problem...

Expected wait time should display exact time...
It keeps on increasing from 1:00 to 40:00

"Expected" means estimated, not "exact".

I have never waited for a match for more than 5 minutes... something you're doing is wrong. Try this: if it doesn't find a match cancel the search and try searching again. Try restarting CS:GO and/or STEAM. Usually only 30 seconds and it's in a match.

wait times depend alot on what maps you choose.
Generally searching for defuse maps should be fastest.

Its not really valves fault people dont like to play hostage missions in a 5v5 match.

People usually have more fun playing on hostage maps in a more relaxed public environment. As long as I can remember cs_ maps have not played at all in any competitive matches.

I was looking for a DE_ match it had almost 140 players searching when I was. CS_ only had 7 players
