Any way to reset player's stats?

Is there any way to reset the player's stats? Apart from removing my custom designs I'd like to refresh all unlocks etc. Is it possible?

Yes, if you want to just nuke the unlocks, simply delete this file:

\\my documents\my games\gratuitous tank battles\unl.dat

I tried but everytime I launch the game it gets the unlocks back, as if it was getting it online.

That's steam cloud, just disable that for the game if you want to reset.
