Installing Problems

I'm having problems when trying to install Call of duty Modern Warfare 2. I've tried to Install it multiple times but every time it says that it has finished but when i check my library it tells me that it has only to installed to only like %69 or %75 always different every time i try to install, it then tries to download the rest which i can't do since i have a bandwidth cap. Could anyone help me? it's getting really annoying becuas eall i want to do is play.

lol i am not sure but it could that the game content is corrupted. delete away the game content and redownload it, saves the trouble of patching it alot of times does it?
do this by:
deleting this folder:C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps*
in the folder, steam aps delete mw2 folder. note that the game will still be registered under your account but will only be redownloaded again

NO... dont delete that folder that will delete all youre games on steam,
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\call of duty modern warfare 2 that is the folder you want to delete
