Weapons - that's about as close to an endorsement as I could hope. Thanks! |

The recipes you currently have are in your PDA, it tells you which artifact you need to drop into which anomaly. You find the anomaly you need, get very close then drop the artifacts from your backpack. If the anomaly accepts your artifact(s), your screen will fade to white for a moment. Then you need to wait the time required for the transmutation to complete. Try to have a sleeping bag and blowout shelter nearby.

I found a bandit whose body didn't show up on the minimap after I killed him.
Also Kostya's first quest with the stash. I somehow missed it. Now I 've returned to the Cordon to talk with Guide, and decided to do it. He said it's to the east of the rookie camp under the rocks. I found a green pack there but it was empty. Did some npc loot it? |

The thing is that armour is not an actual inventory item - it is "hard coded" to the NPC character. It could be scripted to drop armor - but not taken from the NPC. To do that would require an on-line real time change of character mesh - i.e. they will be stripped of the armor and appear in only clothed form. Starts to get messy. Good idea though as you would expect if you wasted someone that you could rob them of all their goodies, including armor. |

You won't see armor early on except those planted intentionaly. The koef for deciding when to start is complex and uses your rank as well as the 'level-up' that you are at then applies a random generator with that result. I think I saw my first decent suit in the wharehouses. If I can ever get the death mesh to stop dissapearing then maybe having more than one death mesh could be used for an unsuited corpse. I really didn't see the real need for it in Fallout, ended up being used for soft porn... |

Huh?
![]() Every time there's a revision I check to see if your weapon sets are better. This time they weren't so I've gone back to my edits. Quote:
However I'm not sure why you're responding like the weapon edits have anything to do with the question about making a suit of armor show up in the dead NPC's inventory more likely if you score headshots. Quote:

There are (I think) 3 different locations in Cordon where Kostya's stash can be located. Consult the Guide located on TB's SkyDrive for more information.
