Creation Kit not working

Hello all, I have searched throught the forum for help but not found any, my problem is.

A while ago i tried to launch the CK but kept getting the error message "That game is unavailable please try later", i went on the forum and found how to manage that problem, but now when i try to load the CK it gets to 75% and up come the warning box but this one says " Masterfile:TESfile error inflating Zlib stream "
"Yes to all will disable all warning for this content" if i click no the CH does nothing if i click yes the CK freezes at 75% i have left it for an hour but no luck. It worked ok for a few weeks loaded and ran fine, i have checked my memory usage andits only at 52% when starting it so no prob there.

Sorry if this is long winded but i hope someone can help or point me to something i have missed on the forum
