Balanced because you STILL can't eat your own sandviches that you throw. Probably a bit underpowered because eating speed is still the same so healing is going to be a huge issue. Justified because you can be a semi-supportive heavy.

The Time-Waster
Level 7 Sniper Rifle
On Headshot kill, the enemy is turned into a ghost that must fly back to their spawn in order to be revived - regular respawning does not work.
Enemy can't see players or buildings when turned into a ghost in order to scout out and gain an advantage for their team.
-10% Charge Rate

uses same speed and skills as the ghosts in hell on Helltower

Well, it'd let people plan their next attack route and teach them patience

On Hit: Kill victim instantly
On Miss: Kill yourself, idiot

Assuming it's a bright and shiny melee as the name implies, you'd think it's actually a rather fair weapon. As an enemy, you'd basically want to fight against it like it's a light saber and dodge it as soon as it is aimed at you. And as the person holding it, you're basically risking every life you go through simply by wielding it with the hopes of a huge pick. Seems balanced to me.

The Botslinger
Level 3 Gunarm
Replaces sentries with an AI MvM robot of your choice
Robots cost only 100 metal each to build
+25 health on wearer

Robots build 150% slower
No Random Critical Hits

Do your teammates suck? Get some of your own! In particular Medics, Soldiers and Heavies would be amazing to swap around for various playstyles, making Engineer into a minion-based class who can still build teleports. Plus if you REALLY want a Sentry just build a robo-Engineer.

Level 10 Overwatch promo (melee weapon)
Fling your hook at enemies to drag them into immediate range and stun them
Shotguns deal triple damage to hooked enemies for two seconds
50% faster weapon switch speed

25% slower swing speed

If a 20% swing speed penalty justifies a quarter of an ubercharge per hit, how could that be OP? Besides just learn to dodge jeez it's a medium speed projectile that doesn't guarantee a kill unless you can aim after you hit it, and long range hitscan instakills are already in this game anyways. If you think it's op ur prolly bad


The Madman's Contraption
Level 12 "Syringe Gun"
+25 max health on wearer
+50% max ammo on wearer
+33% projectile speed
On hit: Enemy is slowed by 70% and has a 20% damage vulnerability for 1s
On hit: Teammate is sped up by 15% and has a 10% damage resistance for 4 seconds

-50% uber duration on wearer's Medigun

As good as those upsides are, none of that matters when the other team is ubered and rolling you all because you were too busy shooting people as a medic.

Shoots up to 50 potatoes per second
2000 primary ammo

Potatoes only do 1 point of damage
