And you have saved the settings in 1 of the 5 availible preset banks (bottom of the main window)?

Yes, tried that, but I think I found my problem. At bottom of main screen there's a little button that say's Apply overclocking at system start up. I never overclocked, so I never hit the button. I hit it and restarted. It seems like it is working. I have to test it tonight to see if it is fixed.

EVGA make a software package called Precision too that does that for you.
