Try to seduce the guard to see a Longest Journey reference.

Was just wondering if anyone else caught that.

Hmm I played through Longest Journey but I did not get the reference, what was that exactly?

While trying to get past the security guard, Rosangela has the option to try and seduce him. He says, "Thanks, but I'm gay." In the Longest Journey there is a part where you need a security guard to leave his post, and on of your options is to try to seduce him, to which he answers, "Thanks, but I'm gay."
