Why is this game 30 bucks on steam and only 10 bucks on the website

re-post because steams support took me to the game Blur and I posted this in there.......

Doesn't matter anymore, the game is going free-to-play.

(It's F2P currently for previous purchasers, but considering that the last time I logged on there were only 4 people on the whole server... it's dead, Jim.)
