Gauging Interest for a S&D Server

I was looking at the Black Ops server browser the other day and noticed that lack of S&D core servers in the US.

How many people are interested in playing in a public S&D lobby with no restrictions for weapons, perks or equipment?

If enough people actually want to play search in the months leading up to the release of Black Ops 2, I'll purchase a server over the next couple of days based in Los Angeles and put it's IP address down in this thread soon.

You are not allowed to advertise your server....sorry....

But you'll be able to send everyone of this topic a PM to tell them

Oh okay. I won't link the IP then. But I am looking for people that are interested. I just want a general count from Black Ops players.

EDIT: Although, the amount of glitches and bugs in its current form have started to remind me why I haven't touched this game since it's opening week a several years ago.

The server is up!

I'm changing the settings as we speak. Right now, it is set up on all maps and all attachments, weapons, and equipments allowed.

S&D pubs are horrible at best, no team work. You will be very lucky to get it populated, this late in the game.

If I wanted to play S&D I would play CS.

I was pleasantly surprised that I got a semi-full server for about three or so hours today.

So there is interest, it was just that there were no regular S&D servers available with active admins.

This game has really only had a total of 2-3 stock S&D servers in the US, and all 2-3 had horrible admins.

I like S&D due to the non-random spawns and killstreaks are only per round.

Exactly! The spawns in Black Ops are just as bad (if not worse) than MW3, where the guy you killed will literally spawn a few feet away from you.

Hopefully, if you decide to play on mine, I won't be the 4th.
