I launch CSS and most of the times it just stays on that screen. I have to retry like 1000x times to get it to work. Any ideas?

My L4D was doing this earlier, I reinstalled my GPU drivers, rebooted and it fixed it.

Have you tried logging out and back in? I know sometimes mine will sit like that. I have to kill it in task manger and then restart steam then it finally goes.

I figured out what the problem was.

When I had my second monitor on it would not load. I just disabled it and now it works.
