Account Just Got Hacked.

How long does it usually take them to reply about hijacked accounts? It just got hijacked today, and I'm starting to get mad, cause they also changed my Email, and stuff...

You should have verified your email address so that they couldn't change your password.

It usually takes 1-3 days to get a reply about hijacked accounts (they have priority)

You said they changed your email which would generally mean they changed the associated email in steam.

Nope, it has to be a Keylogger I'm guessing... They changed everything. Steam, Youtube, Gmail, Facebook, Myspace.
Sorry if I sound mean, I'm just very mad at this person.

Yeah most probably a keylogger.

I'm guessing you tried downloading something like a *cracked* private cheat?

It's possible for you to get all those accounts back by proving they are yours.

No, I don't cheat. I download a lot of Torrents though. Probably from that?

Ofcourse it could come from torrent, but it could come from everywhere on the net really.

Do you have a virus scanner ? wich one ? Did you scan yet after you have found out you have been hacked ?

And the fact that all your accounts got changed, makes me think one of your 'friends' perhaps installed a keylogger? Since I don't see what any hacker would gain from changing your youtube account, unless its a silly scriptkiddy. Do you let friends or other play/work on your comp ?

Nope, I am the only one that goes on my computer, and that knows my passwords. I just reinstalled Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit 2 days ago.
I scanned my computer with Avira, I heard that is a High Detection Rate scanner? The one I use always also.

The weird part is, the guy that hacked me changed there name to "..." cause I looked on the profile, it's set to private, and he deleted all my friends. But anyways, he set steam friends name to "..." which my other account steam friends name is "..." also. That is the weird part, do you happen to think he may be one of my steam friends? That just gets to me, and I wonder who it could be...

I just thought of something. What if the guy tries to hack on my account, and gets it VACed banned. Would they do anything about that?

Nope, no cheats. I download some stuff often from Youtube videos though. The one I mostly download from a Youtube video is with 5 Star Rating, and 45,000+ Views pretty much.

Anyways, if I gave them a lot of information for proof, even gave them more then they asked. Would I get my account back for sure?
