CSS freezing please help

ok so i go to server play abit then i got to transfer to new server and it freezes then later on i go to a office server 30 secs in it freezes?

this came up in console after it froze idk what it is, it was in red text. It has been freezing then unfreezing and repeating like walking noises or fire in hole if someone just threw grenade its really annoying it freezes about every 4 seconds.

i have ran this game b4 no probs but now it freezes all the time

its doin it but when it says rename or delete game folder if i rename it is that fine?

Sounds more like a wireless problem. As it is happening every 30 seconds as that is what the service in windows time frame is.

Wireless Zero-Config is 60 seconds.
