Disconnect: Client dropped by server

Hey guys I recently bought CS:S and wanted to play it but I can not join 99% of the servers! During the connect an error pops up "Disconnect: Client dropped by server"
I tried connecting to different servers but only found 2 where I can play at. This isn´t how I expected it to be

Does anybody know the answer?
Reinstalled the game, updated drivers and so on

Windows 7 64bit
AMD Phenom2 @ 3,2 GHZ
4GB RAM @ 1333MHZ
ATI HD 4890

Are you on a wireless connection? Are you picking servers that have good ping from you to them? But that is is more likely a connection issue or you choosing bad pinged server.

i wonder if these 99% servers have VAC on.. tell us if they have or not and what about the other 2?

are you behind a router?

could possibly be a firewall port blocked?

try forwarding your router ports?

Defintely log out and in of steam
and i mean fully log out hey,
like dont just exit, go to file and click change user
than re login with your account,
if this doenst work i dont know what will
