He has never stated that you make hacks.

He is saying that you don't get banned for making things, only using them, another way is you don't get banned for intent, only action.

Maybe VAC now bans for being a jerk. In this case you certainly earned the ban.

I always find interesting how no VAC banned player ever links to their profile when complaining about a ban.
Banned players complaining are always accounts with no face...

But back to topic, one does not earn a VAC Ban out of thin air...
You are free to contact support, but they don't disclose info about what got you banned (And i'm pretty confident you know what got you the ban)
