Tf2 validating files EVERY tIme I launch

Ever since the update. Ive restarted steam. Ive restarted my computer. Ive manualy verified the files. Ive deleated my TF folder and manually verified files.
Every. Single. Time.
If steam was a person, he/she wouldnt be breathing right now...

I feel so stupid. Ive deleted the clientregistry.blob a million times before to solve other issues and didnt even think to apply it here. Thanks.
