City of Heroes gone from Steam Store?

Has City of Heroes been removed from Steam completely? It's no longer in the Steam Store and it's also gone from my library, which I paid $15.99 for.

It's a free to play game now, you can and should access it through the NC launcher.

Go into your City of Heroes directory, or somewhere in your program files area and see if you can find the NC launcher. If you can't find it, go to the city of heroes website and just download it.

I knew it was F2P, just wondering why it's gone from my Steam Library. I bought City of Heroes nearly 3 years ago, so I didn't have the "free" account.

Tried e-mailing Steam Support, and they're telling me to delete some of my Steam folders and restart. Like that will magically make a game that is no longer on Steam appear in my Steam Library.

You don't need to and shouldn't really launch from Steam. It requires the use of the NC launcher, I don't know whether you have been playing in the interim time between buying it and now, but it's launcher-only. You can always add it as a non-steam game, but it's not specifically purchasable, thus now no longer reads in the library, as far as I know.

Unless you are currently paying the monthly fee, EVERY account that has ever been made is a free account now. You will have to choose from your characters, if you've created numerous ones, because they've locked the character slots to VIP only and some veteran reward unlocks.
