Is there any explanation for this 100m/s Lerp lock? Has anyone addressed the issue from Valve?

They know its there but i don't think it will be fixed.. Seemed to me that it was not that difficult to fix and they fixed it in css recently.. But why they change it in css and not in csgo is beyond me!
