Meh, I'd still rather have a Vita.

It's not region blocked is it? Importing isn't that much more.

Considering Sony has terrible games on the system right now (aside from Disgaea 3 and soon to be Persona 4), it's not backwards compatible, is way too expensive for the current catalog of games and mandatory Sony memory cards, I'd say you wouldn't want a Vita.

Persona 4 isn't just some shovelware game and it has boosted vita sales in Japan A LOT and probably will in US too and if it doesn't get released in EU it just shows that vita is not supported here. I'm not going to import games ever.

At that size, the thing will be pretty big in my pocket.

Personal opinion, I don't particularly mind the small screen. Yes, larger ones would be nice, but that alone doesn't make nor break a system.

Nintendo makes cash from console sales.. not games. They'll keep pumping out more and more.

Yeah, pumping out more and more with almost no real improvement, like a bigger screen with the same resolution, and a minimal increase in battery life despite having the space to put in a much bigger battery.

Nintendo, making something smaller and sleeker usually attracts more customers, not making it bigger and more cumbersome.

I'm really not sure where they were planning to go with this. Is even Nintendo out of good ideas?

How can they justify developing a new iteration of the 3DS when they still only have around four worth while games out for the system?

I may buy it when I see a new Pokémon for the 3DS.
