How comes we cannot ban people off the Steam community pages?
We have spambots constantly posting on public walls and we can only delete their posts and they just continuously keep on doing it. Is there a way to ban people off these pages, if not, why not? Thanks.

can't you just set the comments to friends only or is that not an option for you?

As yes it is a group. Sorry. It isn't my own profile, it is a group profile for a company.
Doesn't seem like you cannot remove people from the groups either, let alone ban? |

I support that. If I have a 10 000 members in the group and I have to delete ~30 spam comments everyday, I can't pretend how you're keeping your brains out from the brain damage
. I don't understand why Valve won't let us ban people from groups.

I don't mind as technically I get paid to remove the comments. However, it is rather boring and I'd rather remove them completely and not have to do it.
![]() Is there any word from the higher towers as regards to if anything soon is going to be put in place to prevent this? |
