Sorry, another 'Can I Run' question concerning 2.5 year old laptop.

Okay so my laptop is somewhat dated and it's specs are as follows:
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.5 Ghz
4GB Ram
Nvidia GeForce 260GTXm
1440x900 resolution

Should I be able to run the game+dlc? If so, how well and on what settings?
