Hello , i cant log in into my account..Someone hacked my account changed email and security question ! I only remember my first email on steam..my product code and my ID ...please help me

Did you add the information needed to the ticket?
Either a photo or:

Quote:

If a game was purchased through Steam with a credit card, please provide the following:
The Card Type (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)
Full Name on the Card
Expiration Date
The last four digits of the credit card number - Do not provide the full credit card number
If a game was purchased through Steam using a PayPal account, please provide:
The Billing Name on the PayPal Account
The full Billing Address on the PayPal Account
The PayPal PayerID
The Invoice ID and the Transaction ID

I did the ticket thing yesterday w/ a photo but nothing is happeneing and myy crate #30's are gone!

Note the parts

1) Enable SteamGuard
2) Ensure your email password is complex and NOT USED ANYWHERE ELSE ON THE INTERNET

Then as long as you don't download anything stupid, or put in all your login information in a phishing website, you should be fine.

Same happend to me! :O I have opend a ticket but it just keeps geting closed.. and im getting fake emails from the same email adress as Steam got :S And yes i used Steam-Guard

I add on the ticket information they need only CD Key..i cant add credit card becouse i didn't buy the game direct from the steampowered.. i buy from one friend.. :S

It's all gone. ALL OF IT. HE TOOK IT ALL. A year's worth of items......................they're gone.
