Why release a new game every year?

Didn't know about the 5 random extra cards, but they'll probably be 1 uncommon and 4 commons from core set 2013 so that's a neat little extra bonus. Even more envious of the PS3 ppl, wish serra avatar looked better, and sorry to anyone that gets stuck with the stupid hydra.

Thanks. This was what I was hoping for lol. I could not find it for some reason when I looked.

Is it just me or does the PS3 one seem a bit lacking compared to the other two? ( And I normally favor using black decks over others.. but that pushes me into wanting to use a white and/or green deck more than a black deck )

While you may not think it looks the best, it will still be the most expensive card of the 3 due to how good it is.

Lol, I am not saying its a bad card, just compared to the other two its not as good. It is still a good card.

I admit if I had a PS3 I would probably get the game on it just for the card.

As for selling the cards.. yea I don't think I would. However I am one of those people who collect and sometimes hoard things

I still have the entire 1998 Fleer marvel cards ( and 1999 ) triples of each card ( gave away any copies I got of those cards above that ) I also still have all of the old D&D playing cards.. used to have tons more of the old Magic cards till most where stolen ><

Oh I wouldn't be selling mine either. Its a memory I will have from this time. I will look back and remember.

I think my two main decks in IRL run about 300$ each. I love playing this game because it gives you a good number decks and it doesn't all the useless ♥♥♥♥ for you. Good GUI and what not. The only thing I hate is 3 colored decks and you can't pick what mana to tap. If you want free DL Magic Workstation and play with friends. It's 10$ if that's breaking the bank you got bigger problems.

$10 for 10 decks its a pretty good deal.

I know what you mean, releasing a sport game every year or a COD doesnt really help anybody.

As card games goes, MTG card game has new releases like every 3 months plus their decks cost are around 20 bucks each!

Haha! I feel so happy for not buying 2012 after I was so disappointed by the 2011 support. I was very tempted to give them another chance and get 2012 but now I see I was right. This company does not deserve my money (from my point of view).

it is already crazy when they add decks as dlc. Look at the Beknighted deck,

But if it this game was added as DLC it still would cost 9.99. So why not just make it a new game?

For the silly people who say it is 19.99. HAHAHAH fools that is for special edition. normal edition is 9.99.

It's $10 you get 10 new decks, each with 30 unlocks, you get a whole new mode. Again all for $10, that's cheaper then a few boosters, and I know I'm missing some stuff.

So how is it money grabbing when a lot was added/changed. Finally, all that content in DLC format would most likely just be $10 anyways. This way it makes it more balance and not everyone is running white knight decks.

Something like say..... Magic Online. Have fun buying digital booster packs for $4 each, While also paying $9.99 just to start play the game with ONE deck.
