Zoom / Scroll problem in editor

I fired up the editor for the first time last night, and was having a lovely time creating a simple pit-of-deadly-goo test, with a turret and a sheet of glass for good measure. All of a sudden the editor seemed to have a bit of a 'moment', and either zoomed or panned (it was quick) completely off the map.

I was left with a blank white screen, and however I tried to get back so I was looking at my new creation, it just didn't work. Eventually I had to use the menus to quit out.

Has anyone else had this problem, and is there an easy way (like a view reset button) to get out of it? The help appears to think not.

Try pressing h. That should be the view reset button by default.

That happened to me a few times when I first started using the editor. I just use the sliders at side now.

Thanks both of you. A tip popped up during a loading screen saying that 'Home' also resets the camera, and it works!

I've discovered that the problem happens when I zoom in too fast with my mouse wheel, but this corrects it.

Thanks again!
