Can hlds (cs 1.6) use more than 1 CPU cores?

There are 4-5 users in spectators on my server with different nick-names. I can't kick then or ban. How can it be fixed?

Then they're not really there. A lot of times there will be "ghost connections" on your server that really aren't there.

just restart your server, try to shutdown completelty the server and start it again.
