server crashes on map change

i am having a sirious issue. ive been trying to use srcds lately, and whenever i play, it works perfectly fine but once the game is over and it changes the map, i choose a team, and then the server just freezes and closes down. im running metamod: source, manimod, gungame, and knifep3n. they have never had these issues before, but i had just reinstalled srcds so i dont know. im able to play a full game of gungame, but if the map changes, the server crashes, and i found out that when im not on the server and the server changes the map, it DOESNT crash. so can someone PLEASE help me.
SOMEONE JUST PLEASE ANSWER!

note: i had to repost because the thread i made previously was up for almost a month and no one had answered

its funny that no one answered for 2 months... well i fixed it anyways, but i could have fixed it faster if someone actually answered.
