Mic/Headphones

Upon starting/and everytime I start the game the first thing I need to do is set up audio to headphones and set up mic as well. It will default everytime. How do I get this to hold my settings. Thanks for any/and all help in advance.

Steam gui voice setup tab? Have you tried setting it up there? If not delete the config and allow it to create another and try again, unless you have your config set to read only perhaps.....

if you're talking about in the game engine, type "writecfg" in your console after making the changes, this will write them to your config file for the next time the game is loaded.
