i have the same problem, as do 2 of my friends.

my routers firewall is disabled, i even tried disabling my own firewall but to no avail.

server shows up in LAN, i can join, but friends cannot see it.
i tried the "invite to game" and also got them to "join game" from my name in steam, but it just gives a "server not responding" message.

/stumped on this one
