How to change resolution out of game?

So I've been having some problems with borderlands and while trying to fix the GPF error I changed the resolution to 600x360 or something (While in game). Now it goes to a black screen with a blue bar that says "Frequency not in range". I can't go back to the menu in game because it says that every time I launch now, even though I can hear the sounds of the menu. I've tried doing some different launch options like -window or -startwindowed or -w 800 -h 600 etc. Doesn't help. Please help if possible, thanks.

Use the launch option -autoconfig. Launch the game, exit it, remove autoconfig, then fix your settings.
