You see here's the story.

my friend gifted me L4D2 yesterday so while i waited for the demo to download my little brother went on the computer (10yr old) and while he was on he chose not to accept bills hat!

so now being a aussie I'm left with a nerffed game (yes the demo disappointed me greatly) annnd now bill's hat-less ._.

is the a way I can appeal to have it sent to me again?

Why would you even let your little brother within twenty feet of a computer without locking it with a password first? You're the reason why ten year olds haunt my servers, friend, and I am less happy with you than I am about your hat.

Though, seriously, that sucks.

Keep the little germ factory away from your computer and do us all a favor.

For if I lock it I get yelled at and I needed steam logged on my account so it (the demo) could download. But alas he knows he's not aloud to touch the darn game (I don't even let him watch it) but he does now I have to think of a way of payback...

Honestly I don't think Valve will add items that you didn't accept or simply deleted, but you can always try. Worth a shot.

Yes, Valve will add back 1 deleted item.

I deleted my FAN, and that's what they told me. I kind of wish they'd tell me I only got one chance before they sent me the FAN, so I could have at least thought about if it was worth it (incase something more important gets deleted or something)
