Blooper Reel is still bugged, at least the counter?

Hello all.

I have been tracking the Blooper Reel achievement for myself a bit, and it seems to either be bugged that it's not going up, or the counter is bugged and I'm silently going up.

It still says 1/500 , Even though I have been Demo for 3-4 maps now, using the M79 to get over 200 kills. I realize that some of them only lose their legs or arms, but I do indeed see a lot of the enemies completely explode, mostly the crawlers and the stalkers.

I think that 1 was when I tried out the weapon in single player. I hope I don't have to specifically play single player to get this achievement. >_>

EDIT: I only play on my friend's server, and we only play default maps, no custom ones. My perk stats go up just fine, I'm halfway to level 2 with Demo, and building my headshot count as well as Shotgun damage, all while solely playing on his server.

Yeah i've got this problem too. Level 3, almost 4, demo and it says 58/500 still. Think it reset before but not sure.

I have this problem also. Solo is the only way I can get this achievement.

It's really odd, there aren't many achievements I'm going for, this seemed plausible so I spent entire waves just spamming grenades everywhere, on my friends, blinding them. XD

Thankfully the Pipe Bomb counter while Demo works, have 261/1000 for it.

Noticed this bug too, but I got the other side of it. I somehow achieved it with 410/500 kills...and the counter stopped there.

Mmm, then it might just be the counter itself that is not showing it, but it's tabulating it in the background.

I'm still on 1, but I definitely should have about 200 by now. I mean, Clots and Crawlers explode to giblets in 1 shot...Gorefasts staggers, and Sirens hop, and Bloats take 3-4 shots. But I definitely made hundreds of crawlers asplode for sure.

Oh well, hopefully only the counter doesn't work, and it's actually tabulated silently.

That's weird. I'd have to double check, but I'm almost certain that my Blooper Reel is completed and with the proper number.

ya 9 lol but as you can see the icon shows the pic and not the lock symbol. also it shows up as achieved in my stream profile, so the achievement can't be completely bugged just not showing the right amount in game.

How do you exactly get this achievement? Im a level 6 demo and have 0/500 on blooper reel

Do it on beginner, got mine on beginner candlesmoke. Tons of mobs, possibly the best place to level perks and farm achievements that are not map based.
Except for the fact that I still have less than 1 fps on that dang map.

It never counts online but if you create your own server / play singleplayer it counts...

Do you mean it never counts at all, or that the counter doesn't go up?

I hope it counts invisibly while playing online.

Hello.

i managed to get this achievement by playing it in solo (no sandbox or mutators due to blacklisting) and it worked, the counter never went up at all when i tried doing this online it was only in single player that it actually acquire points and showed it in the progress bar they need to sort that out :/
