You will need to purchase a legitimate copy of the game.

It was never meant to be a illegittimate copy of the game. Can you prove what are you saying?

where did you buy the game from?
Gamestop, EB Games, Wal-Mart or that kid in the high school parking lot after school?

There is games that look real but are fake...... its reality.

Used to work for a credit card company.

Stolen cards purchasing items then reselling them was very common.
Charge backs from CC companies are bad news for the company that originally sold the product, not knowing the card was stolen.

They lose the $60, they do not get the product back and they are charged a "charge back fee". The company does not know you were not the person who used the stolen card. But they can and apparently have taken action.

You should talk to the company that sold you the CD key, not the company that just got ripped off.

Lesson learned.

Next time, buy from a legit retail store or Steam itself.

They are not a legitimate seller. You should contact them for a refund and then purchase from a legitimate seller such as a local retail store, Amazon, Gamestop, Steam, etc.
