i have similar specs:

i7 920 @ 3.2Ghz
ATI MSI 5850
Asus P6T
6GBGb Corsair 1600Mhz
Win7 Pro 64bit
Resolution: 1360x768 (Getting bigger monitor for chrisy

Everything Maxed including Vsync, and x8 AA

FPS
Avg: 30.9
Min: 30.0

It looks good and runs fine at 30fps, but these are the settings i use:

Everything on HIGH, x4AA and no Vsync

FPS
Avg: 67
Min: 58

Although
the difference in 30fps and 67fps is large, playing the game i could see no real difference.. i jsut prefer it for when i hit high demanding areas t doesn't spaz out.

AMD Phenom II 955 4x 3,2GHz
Leadtek WinFast PX9800GX2
4GB DDR2-800 CL5
MSI K9A2 CF-F
Win 7 32-bit

max settings @1680x1050
4xMSAA
NO VSYNC (because it is useless)

min FPS 30
avg FPS 37

it is a smooth gameplay all the time, that's nice. I am wondering that my 9800 GX2 does that.

/edit: i changed nothing but now i get

min FPS 32,5
avg FPS 37,5

I have found for V-sync issues at 30fps, start the game immediately go to the graphics settings in the game, it should read 30fps, change a setting such as monitor frequency, one that gets the screen to go black, this should reset the v-sync to 60fps.

i7 920 @4GHz | 6GB DDR3 | 5970 @900/1325 (w/hotfix drivers)
Win7 x64

1920x1200, 4xAA - Ultra (DX11)

Average FPS: 75.3
Minimum FPS: 66.9

Hopefully when ATi finally sorts their drivers out we'll see some reasonable performance improvements but the game plays great maxed out at the moment.

why did the hotfix improve your performance?
wasn't this supossed to be for crossfire issues only?
if that's not the case the hotfix should be install always.

q6600 @ 3.6ghz
XFX 5850 @ 915/1175

1600x1200 4xfsaa, All Maxed settings no v-sync
44fps.

I dropped down to 2xfsaa and added vsync, I hate to see tearing/vertical lines when playing games.
